Applicants for this role MUST have people management experience and will ideally have experience working in a ski resort environment. They will be motivated by working to targets and able to instill this enthusiasm in their team.

The role encompasses sales, customer service, problem solving, admin skills, IT skills, accountancy skills and masses of organisational ability.

Requirements

Essential

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Team player
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Positive and friendly manner
  • Previous Customer service experience
  • Previous Management experience

Desirable

  • Second language in either French, German, Spanish or Italian
  • Previous experience of work in the travel industry.
