Spend this winter working in the Alps!

You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of our chalets across an entire resort. Whether you’re preparing chalet accounts, negotiating with local suppliers, or ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and Health & Safety, you’ll always find there’s plenty to do.

It’s a key role with loads of responsibility, which is why we need someone with extensive experience of working in chalets or tour operations.

Experienced in handling budgets and administration, you’ll be someone who really cares about every customer’s experience. A real stickler for good service, you’re someone who constantly wants to raise standards in your work.

Requirements

Essential:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive and friendly manner
  • Previous management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience

Desirable:

  • Second language in either French, German or Italian
  • Previous experience of working in a ski resort
