Description

Delicious, varied meals are a vital part of a great holiday.

You’ll assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing all the food at your hotel, from hearty breakfasts to crèche meals, packed lunches to three course feasts in the evening.

You will also assist with stock takes, help with the costing of 12 day menus, contribute to training and be a friendly, welcoming presence that guests look forward to chatting to over dinner. 

In short, you’ll play a big part in making sure our customers are dying to come back next year.

Requirements

Essential

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Team player
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Positive and friendly manner
  • NVQ level 1 and 2
  • Previous chefing experience

Desirable

  • Second language in either French, German or Italian
  • Previous experience of working in a ski resort
