Back of House Staff & Porters

Description

We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic Back of house staff to join our catering team for the 2012 Epsom Derby on 1st and 2nd June! 
 
As one of our portering team you will be responsible for:  
 
* Operating the crockery wash machines 
* Cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils 
* Ensuring the removal of waste food and rubbish at appropriate times   
* Maintaining and keeping the back of house areas tidy including mopping floors 
* Collecting and distributing stores and/or prepared food and beverages as directed 
 
This is an ideal job for anyone looking to earn some extra money in their spare time and would suit someone who likes to keep busy as you would be a key part of our catering operation during the event.

Requirements

No previous experience necessary.  

You will need to have a good level of physical fitness and a high level of enthusiasm.
 
Applicants must live within travelling distance of Epsom Downs. Own transport preffered due to some shifts finishing after local public transport.
