Spend the winter working in some of the best ski resorts in the world!

As Hotel Head Chef working in one of our Chalet Hotels, your responsibilities will include the smooth running of your kitchen, keeping within set budgets, supervising and organising your team and ensuring that our high standards and procedures are maintained.

You will provide excellent quality meals, presented to a high standard, for 50-200 guests. You will need to be self-motivated and confident in your own abilities, with excellent organisational, communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to lead a team.

As well as the general skills related to your job role you will also be required to assist with other physical duties such as deliveries, snow clearing, assisting with luggage and lifting.

Requirements

  • Qualification or proven experience in the catering industry
  • Experience in running large kitchens
  • EU passport holders only, with UK residency and permanent UK National Insurance number
