Team Leader

Description

We are currently recruiting for team leaders at at Cheltenham Racecourse for the 2012 race season.

As a team leader at Cheltenham Racecourse you are responsible for aiding in the smooth running of operations within your given area.

You are accountable for helping your team to serve customers in a polite and efficient manor.

You are also responsible for reporting any issues to your supervisor.
               
We are the official caterers at Cheltenham Racecourse which is home to hunt racing and host to the famous National Hunt Festival - Gold Cup. 

Catering at Cheltenham Racecourse, provide high quality catering in an exciting environment, with an outstanding range of menus and bespoke packages to suit every occasion.

We are part of the Compass Group who manage multiple venues around the UK once you are registered with us you will be eligible to work at other major sporting venues such as Wimbledon, Edgbaston and Henley Regatta.

Requirements

You will be over 16.

You will posses a pleasant, friendly, polite manner and good customer service skills.
 
You will need to be aware of legality when selling alcohol.
 
Basic numeracy and literacy skill are necessary.

Experience is essential.
