We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Box Chef to join the variable team at Wembley Stadium.

As a Box Chef you will work within a team to effectively provide a quality product and maintain a clean and tidy working environment. You will have the ability to follow instructions and respond efficiently to assist in the preparation of food & preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work efficiently within a team to provide quality food that is prepared in line with Company standard and take direction from the Lead Chef
• Check food specifications and menu on arrival to the box
• Check fridge temperatures on arrival
• Preparation for the day including stock counting, schedule timings and attending briefing session
• Build relationships with Front of House team
• Before dishes are served check against specifications
• Temperature probing dishes before serving
• Ensure the area of work is kept clean and tidy, and food is provided and prepared in a safe hygienic manner

Requirements

• Be passionate about food and high quality food service
• Be a team player with a strong ability to give and take directions
• Have strong communication skills
• Must have Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Excellent focus on attention to detail
• Must be able to think on feet
