Lapland Hotel Representative

Description

As a Hotel Representative you will assist with all operational and guest related aspects that are particular to the guests in your designated partner hotel. You will ensure that the high standards that the company expects are maintained from both our staff when in attendance or the hotel’s own local staff.
 
You will liaise closely with the hotel’s management to ensure the smooth running of the guests’ accommodation and other requirements. You will be responsible for organising and attending the Gala dinners and supervising the entertainment of the Lapland Rangers. Additionally you will be promoting sales of extra activities to our guests.
 
Our Lapland Hotel Representatives need to be a confident, outgoing person with excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work within a team. You must be able adapt your skills quickly into our fast-paced and exciting working environment.
 
Being part of the Lapland team you will be required to adhere to the Santa story at all times. Lack of natural day light and minus temperatures are also part of the day to day lifestyle you can expect.
 
As well as the general skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical duties such as moving snow activity equipment, luggage and snow clearing.

Requirements

Required experience:

• Hospitality and customer relations experience essential
• Sales, cash handling and problem solving skills essential
• Child Care experience desirable
• EU passport holders only, with UK residency and permanent UK National Insurance number
