Description
UK Study is looking for energetic, confident, young individuals to lead sports and recreation activities for 11 to 19 year olds in English language summer camps in England and Ireland. Activity Leaders need to have lively personalities and to work well as part of a team.
Activity Leaders are responsible to the Centre Director who organises a briefing session before the courses start and offers guidance throughout the working period. Activity Leaders are expected to meet and greet clients at the airport, accompany students on visits and excursions, lead sports activities and run talent shows, quiz nights, group dances and theme party nights with a disco.
A detailed programme of activities is provided with full explanations of how they are run and organised.
Above all, we are looking for hard-working, committed individuals with initiative who have the necessary skills to encourage students to take part in the programme and who are able to take the lead.
Staff Uniform
All staff are provided with polo shirts and are asked to wear a smart pair of jeans or trousers.
Requirements
Candidates should be mother tongue English speakers and must enjoy working with youngsters between the ages of 11 and 19. They should have some experience of organising sports activities, dance classes, theatre presentations, games and competitions, and, most importantly, they should be friendly, approachable and enthusiastic.
