We are currently recruiting Activity Managers for our centres - for the2011 season.
This Activity Manager roleis ideal for experienced activity instructors with a proven supervisorybackground. Your leadership and organizationalqualities will be tested to the full as you will be responsible for theinstructional staff, their training and the safe and effective delivery of theactivity programme at your centre. Youmust have high standards, be highly motivated and have excellent people skills.We expect you to deliver superb customer service to our guests at all times.

Requirements
We are ideally looking for people with experience of working in outdoor adventure with young people between 7-17 yrs old and with coaching qualifications in different activities, such as:
- BCU Level 2 Coach (Canoe or Kayak) or UKCC Level 1 Coach
- RYA Dinghy Instructor
- RYA Powerboat Level 2
- SPA / ML assessed
- GNAS Archery Award
- BFA Fencing Award
- BOF Orienteering Award
All of our staff participate in a comprehensive induction & training programme at centre and there are pre and post-season training opportunities to gain NGB qualifications in different activities.
