Description

We are looking for a Chef to fill an exciting live-in position in the stunning welsh country side.

Are you highly motivated, able to work to your own initiative and eager to build up a reputation of creating superb fine cuisine?

Requirements

Have the ability to work in a pressurised environment

Have experience of playing a responsible role within the kitchen.

Have an understanding of hygiene requirements.

Be enthusiastic about quality food

Intermediate Food Hygiene Desirable although basic essential
7061&2 City & Guild essential or willing to acquire

Experience in a similar work environment

Health and Safety and First Aid would be an advantage.
