Description

Chef de Partie required in Scottish Higlands at the beautiful Monachyle Mhor.

We are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic individual, with pastry experience, keen to improve within the work place. Working alongside Head Chef Tom Lewis you will gain experience working in all areas of the kitchen.

This is an opportunity to work alongside an award winning Head Chef in a fine dining restaurant using ingredients sourced as far as possible either from our own farm and butchery, the surrounding countryside and local suppliers.

Requirements

Previous experience at a similar level.

This role would suit and ambitious and talented Commis Chef looking to step up to the next level.
