We require a Head Chef for our club hotels in the French Alps excellent package for the right candidate

You will be responsible for the planning, buying, preparation and cooking of all meals. We are looking for a chef with professional training and plenty of confidence to deliver a range of wholesome and delicious meals for all guests and staff including children's suppers.
Other responsibilities include:
- creating and implementing menus in conjunction with head office.
- ensuring the kitchen budget is within parameters set.
- ensuring kitchen and storage areas are clean and safe.
- supervision and training of all kitchen staff.
- monitoring stock levels and place all necessary orders.
- controlling wastage and ensuring all stock is secure with no loss.
- to have knowledge of special dietary requirements and to provide these when necessary.
