Club Manager

As a Club Manager of a health centre, you'll take responsibility for the overall running of the centre. Management, developing and leading your staff will be a crucial component of the role. You'll also manage sales and budgets, ake all measures to ensure guest satisfaction, constantly improve systems and process efficiency and adhere to any franchise standards that may apply to your club.

To work as a Club Manager you'll need an unwavering focus on customer service, strong operational awareness, good sales acumen and the ability to plan effectively. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are a must. Familiarity with the health and leisure industry and proven experience in similar roles and environments are highly valuable.
