As an Administration Manager in a health club or leisure centre, you would take
overall responsibility for the administration affairs of the establishment. You
would manage the staff and systems of the administration department, coordinating
and motivating the workforce and dealing personally with any issues arising. You
would plan to ensure the efficient continued operations of administration systems
according to target objectives.
To work as an Administration Manager you'll need extensive experience in management,
operations, and administration. You'll need to be motivated and show a great deal
of personal initiative. You'll need excellent interpersonal skills and communication
and have an eye for detail as well as for the larger view. Formal qualifications
in business or management are highly advantageous.
